Change is on the way!

When I first started this website and blog I had a clear cut vision about what I wanted to write about; making passive income. I didn't think I would enjoy writing a new blog post every single day, but I quickly found out that I enjoyed waking up at 0500 and putting my mind directly to work. I began writing about survey sites, ways to make money online and from home. The site was evolving.

I found that I really enjoy writing about my hobbies, and about the tools and equipment I wish people had told me about when I got started. It morphed into the occasional article about home repairs, because saving money is just as important as making it. I'm sure some people are thinking "Write more ways to make passive income!" but it isn't that easy. Most people stop at somewhere around 20 different ways to make passive income, write up a single post containing all 20, and that's it. In The Blog! we've gone over way more than that, and I've scratched and clawed through the internet looking for more.

There's only so many ways, in general, to earn money "while you sleep" without writing posts that are so hyper specific that they will only apply to just the smallest handful. Most passive income revolves around existing sources, like investment and banking products. They are tried and true, but they require money to get started. Most of us don't have extra money like that laying around.

My goal for this website is to expand further past passive income, to include more website reviews, home repair articles, more resources for those looking to get outside and enjoy nature, and a lot more. I'm in the process of doing all the tiny repairs and touch ups you have to do before selling your house because, well, we're selling our house. The market is amazing in our area right now, the interest rates are low, and we're not getting any younger.

However, I will still keep writing articles about anything that interests me and hopefully you as well. If you're new to The Blog! I have around 140 posts as of the day this article was written about passive income streams, working from home/online, my hobbies, home repairs, tool reviews, and much more.
