Is my strategy paying off?

It's been just about a month since I started working on this website and blog, so let's figure out if I've made any money yet. I've used many of the ideas that I've covered on the website and in the blog; I do the surveys to help supplement my income (I'm sitting at about $125 dollars for the month over all the sites I use), and the videos are paying off with about $8 coming from instaGC. I wish I could watch more of them, but between writing my books and working on the site it hasn't been working out.

I've had 2 eBooks get published this month, and I've been fortunate enough to sell 2 copies of my fiction book so far and yesterday someone in the U.K. read through my passive income book on the Kindle Online Lending Library. Those 3 interactions put me up to just about $1. No, that isn't much now, but it has the potential for growth. The more quality books I add to Amazon, the more those numbers can steadily rise over the next year.

Monetizing my blog and site has been tricky. I'm having some trouble with Google Adsense, bit it isn't on my end. Apparently a lot of people are going through the same problems I am, and there is no quick fix. I think I have it figured out, but Google said it could be a month before the error message goes away and I'll know whether I've gotten the fix done correctly. Grrrrr. At any rate, I haven't had enough site traffic yet to get any real numbers, so while it will probably generate money in the future, it hasn't done anything yet.

With the money I've made so far I plan on investing in some of the ideas I've listed so I can post up real reviews of my experience with the companies. It's one thing to have an account, it's another thing entirely to see what happens to your money. Hope you guys enjoy this quick update on the site's progress, and maybe by this time in March these numbers will have doubled or tripled. It all just depends on my will to keep going, which is strong, and my ability to make new content.
