Microsoft Rewards: Why aren't you using it?

You go to a search engine, type something in, and the results pop up. Most of us do it many times per day. Can you believe that Microsoft pays you to do it? No gimmicks, no scams; you search things, and get paid. Granted, you won't get rich doing it, but last year I made $125 by doing the maximum payable searches everyday (30 on your computer, 20 on your phone), and you get bonuses for being on a "streak" where you don't miss any days.

There are daily polls, a short quiz (1 minute at most), and small articles or image groups to look at. Microsoft will send you an email, usually every week or so, and often it contains ways to earn extra points. There is no spam.

I have written in a previous post about the importance of small, easy to earn income streams such as this. If you combine this with other sites you can easily have a few hundred dollars extra for vacations or Christmas presents by the end of the year. Microsoft rewards doesn't cost anything to join, and earning the maximum payable rewards every day is extremely fast.

You can receive your payout in the form of an e-gift card to Amazon, Wal-mart, Target, Starbucks, and more. You can also use the points to buy a Skype unlimited subscription, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and software, games, movies, and merchandise from the Microsoft online store.

I always recommend this to people new to passive income. It technically is a "near-passive" stream because you are typing things in, but for such a small amount of work it is a great addition to your online money making arsenal. Check them out by going to Bing and looking for the medal icon in the upper right corner.
