Pier 1: Stores closing and massive liquidation sale

Normally I wouldn't consider something like this news; Pier 1 has been on it's way out for a while now. In my opinion Pier 1 is overpriced, but has some really nice stuff for your house. So when I saw that they were closing most/all (depends on which site you check) stores permanently, and then planned on liquidating their inventory sometime in the near future I knew I needed to write about it; the chance for resale is just too good to pass up.

I haven't come across any information about when exactly each store will be having it's sale, but if you have some extra money then I would highly recommend either buying for yourself or buying things that you think would sell on Ebay or Facebook marketplace.

Typing "store closings 2020" into a search engine will yield even more results which include Bath & Body Works (50 stores), Victoria's Secret (238 stores), and Bed, Bath & Beyond (44 stores) just to name a few. Keep an eye out for the sales dates in your area and maybe even a few states away; these sales are usually fast and stuff goes very cheap.
