I can't think of another way to make about $20 an hour without doing anything, or investing anything other than time. You can sell plasma multiple times per week as long as you haven't gotten a new tattoo or travelled outside the country recently. There is a physical the first time you go, and after that a questionnaire at every donation.

I don't think I need to say this, but I'm going to anyway - there are needles involved, so you have to be okay with needles.

Another thing to consider is iron levels in your blood. Donating plasma can only be done if you meet certain guidelines like body temperature. If you're too cold they won't let you donate. It is also important to stay hydrated and drink water throughout the week. Eat a healthy diet that contains sources of iron.

It doesn't take an hour to donate plasma, but often times the nurses are monitoring multiple patients and you will end up waiting for a while; bring a book, magazine, or video game to keep you entertained while you wait for that money.
